Marlborough Facility Specifications
Data Center
- 62,000 sq. ft.
- Sub-flooring shared area. Sub-floor and/or overhead in dedicated areas.
- There is a mix of ABC & BC handheld fire extinguishers throughout the facility.
- Temperature is set between 72-74 degrees Fahrenheit.
Network
- Every 365 Data Center has connectivity to two or more Internet Service Providers (ISPs) via high-speed internal network backbone to address customer ISP requirements. Connectivity is optimized to provide the lowest latency ISP connections possible in delivering our Managed Internet Access service at an SLA of 99.99%.
Power & AC
- A/B PDU feed receptacles installed under the raised floor which connect either directly to equipment or to a PDU within the cabinet.
- (4) Liebert 500 kVA units, two A’s and two B’s. Plus (2) 1000 kVa multi modules (2 A’s 2B’s).
- All cabinets and facility equipment is grounded as required.
Security & Services
- 50 Cameras – 45 internal, and 5 external.
- Customers are setup in LILO database which notifies security/DCO of intention for scheduled site visit. All visitors will sign in at the Security desk and verify identity with government issued photo ID, along with pre-scheduled access in the above mentioned database. Security will verify access schedule with DCO as required.
