Aurora Facility Specifications

Data Center

  • 150,000 sq. ft.
  •  Raised floor with subfloor cabling.
  • Standard extinguishers throughout the facility. Clean agent extinguishers installed in all raised floor areas.
  • Consistent temperature of 72-74 degrees Fahrenheit.

Network

  • Every 365 Data Center has connectivity to two or more Internet Service Providers (ISPs) via high-speed internal network backbone to address customer ISP requirements. Connectivity is optimized to provide the lowest latency ISP connections possible in delivering our Managed Internet Access service at an SLA of 99.99%.

Power & AC

  • Single feeder to site.  Once onsite, 2N delivery to the utility and generator switchgear and transformers.  2N UPS systems feed PDUs that supply the A & B circuits standard in all customer cabinets.
  •  UPS Systems comprised of sixteen(16) Liebert 750kVA modules.  Arranged in two 2N systems.  
  • Chassis grounding is via an underfloor ground grid that is run to a common earth ground for the facility.

Security & Services

  • 90+ cameras installed inside and on building perimeter.
  • Customers on the pre-authorized Secure Site Access (SSA) list are issued a “Customer Security Badge” with sole access to their pre-authorized designated area(s). Anyone not on this list are issued a “Visitor Badge” and are escorted through the data center at all times with an authorized 365 Data Center representative.
  • BioConnect integrated into the Ccure 9000 Enterprise.
